SEXY!! Join me for a 30-day challenge that will tone, define and strengthen
your guns. Don’t have weights? Don’t worry – canned goods and gallons of milk
work wonderfully as kettle- and dumbbells! Don’t have much time? It will take
less than 20 minutes a day – 5 in the beginning!
Once again, both of these groups are free of charge.
Their success depends on your commitment to accountability, being involved and
most importantly, having fun. Nothing is worth doing if you can’t enjoy it!
